Employment- Since July 2003, when the unemployment rate peaked at 8.5%, it has been on the mend. Recent numbers suggest about 7% unemployment rate. When you consider that 5% of the general population is unemployable, 7% is really only 2% higher than full employment. As usual, for those who want to work, there are jobs to be had.
